Prezentare de modă Paco Rabanne la Paris: mitul fondatorului trăiește și reînvie

În timpul unui spectacol pe podium organizat la Musée d'Art Moderne din oraș, casa de modă a lansat aproximativ 40 de look-uri pentru colecția de prêt-à-porter din toamna 2023.

Dar câteva look-uri au ieșit în evidență pentru observatorii cu ochi de vultur care au recunoscut că cinci modele au venit pe culoar îmbrăcând rochii până la podea, cu picturi ale colegului artistic al designerului spaniol-francez și colaboratorului Salvador Dalí. (Afinitatea lui Rabanne pentru Dalí ar putea avea de-a face și cu convingerile sale exterioare, care includeau atribuirea misticismului și teoriilor despre sfârșitul lumii comercializate de Nostradamus și pretinzând că a trăit mai multe vieți.)

Primele prezentate în procesiunea celor cinci priviri, toate tipărite cu scene din picturile lui Dali pe care le-a produs din anii 1930 până în anii 1950, au fost Dali's Sun-table (1935) și The Shades of Night Descending (1931). Primul este deținut de Muzeul Boijmans van Beuningen din Rotterdam, iar cel de-al doilea provine din picturile „peisaje nostalgice” ale lui Dali și locuiește într-un muzeu dedicat artistului din St. Petersburg, Florida.

Într-o altă privire, pânza suprarealistului din 1944 Visul cauzat de zborul unei albine în jurul unei rodii o secundă înainte de trezire arată doi tigri care levita pe cer deasupra unei femei nud adormite - despre care se spune că o reprezintă pe soția lui Dali, Gala. Acea îmbrăcăminte a fost urmată de una care invocă pictura artistului din 1958 Trandafir meditativ, în care un trandafir roșu plutește pe un orizont de deșert, una dintre petalele sale conține o singură picătură de apă. Finala celor cinci look-uri care face referire la Dalí a prezentat pictura sa din 1946 Giant Flying Mocca Cup cu un inexplicabil anexă de cinci metri.

Alte două look-uri din colecția de toamnă 2023 sunt referiri mai puțin evidente la Dalí, desenate din modelele de bijuterii ale artistului. Într-una, un model poartă o rochie cu mâneci lungi până la podea, în culoarea lavandei; Pe pieptul ei este un disc de aur străpuns de o săgeată care este inspirat de pandantivul din 1953 al lui Dali cu diamante și aur de 18K, numit The Bleeding World. În altul, un ansamblu de aur cu o inimă roșie cu bijuterii atașată pe trunchiul unui model ridică emblema de pe acul de rubin al lui Dali din 1949, The Honey Comb Heart.
